These terms define how Hamumu works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hamumu’s app, website, and related services (“Service”). By using Hamumu, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use Hamumu.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Hamumu grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for your organization’s internal communication.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
Hamumu is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
3. Voice & Transcript Content
You retain ownership of the content you create (voice, text, and translations).
By submitting content, you grant Hamumu permission to process, store, and transmit it solely for delivering core app functionality.
You agree not to use Hamumu to send or store content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or infringes on others’ rights.
4. Plan Terms & Billing
Free Plan: Offers limited features and storage.
Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually per user seat.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds: Refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors or service interruptions.

5. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance and network issues may cause temporary downtime.
6. Intellectual Property
All Hamumu trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by Hamumu Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Service without written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
Use automated systems to access or extract data.
Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
Use Hamumu to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
